The official charity of the Cadbury Marathon is the Clown Doctors.

The Clown Doctors bring cheer and joy to ill childrenin pallative care.  Each year they bring a smile to some 85,000 Australian's.

On January 13, during the Cadbury Marathon Festival, there will be the Caramello 1km event.  Its only $5 to enter the race and all money received for this event go towards the Clown Doctors.

Donations are also welcome for the Clown Doctors.
